aha. hey booboos!.. afternoon. erm, i'm so not feeling well. unable to have a good rest yesterday as well. i woke up ard 5am. there's this sudden sharp pain in my right arm. it's really painful, from elbow all thy way to fingers...and from thy upper arm all thy way down. at times it's thy bone...and sometimes i could feel that thy muscle was kind of like pulling, i don't know. but i tried to hack care of it larh...so i continued to sleep. i woke up ard 10, and thy pain had not subsided. guess what i did?... i was rotating my arms...swing in all sorts of directions. though it's still painful now... but at least it's not sharp pain at all times. i nearly took pain killer just now, and as you know, i won't take it unless it's really dead pain. So, you probably able to imagine how pain it is.
